Your delivery preferences will have been previously defined with our customer service (choice of carrier and delivery point).

For any additional information useful to the delivery service, it is preferable to provide them to customer service, so that the information is well shared.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are the delivery times ?

    As a general rule, D+1-3 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and the volume of the order.
    These deadlines being given as an indication, Distrifil cannot be held liable with regard to the Customer in the event of late dispatch or delivery.
    Any delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages, regardless of the shipping method chosen (free or postage due).

  • What are the delivery costs ?

    Free shipping is granted for all orders of an amount greater than or equal to €500 .

    For any order of an amount less than € 500 , two shipping methods are possible :
    • By carrier: 6€ excluding processing and shipping costs will be applied
    • By post: the cost of participation in processing and shipping costs will correspond to the current postal rate

  • Can I return an order purchased on the www.distrifil.com website ?

    No return of goods is accepted without our prior agreement. In addition, no payment deduction should be made before the corresponding credit note is issued.
    A discount may be applied if the items are not returned in their original packaging (packaging and overpacking)
    In addition, no complaint will be accepted beyond 2 days after receipt of the goods.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order ?

    Yes. For any modification or cancellation of an order, please send your request by telephone to verify that the concerned order has not been processed.
